These terms apply when you buy or use BeBuddy, a WordPress theme made by Thunder Team ("thunder-team", "we", "us").
Who sells BeBuddy
Orders are processed by our reseller, Freemius, Inc., which acts as merchant of record. Freemius handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT. Their checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
Your license
When you buy BeBuddy you get a license for the number of websites in your plan. See the license terms for what it covers.
Updates and support
Your purchase includes updates and support for one year. Plans renew automatically every year at the same price, so updates and support continue. You can cancel renewal at any time from your Freemius account. If you don't renew, BeBuddy keeps working on your site; you just stop receiving updates and support.
Support covers installing BeBuddy and activating your license, the setup wizard and demo import, how BeBuddy's features and settings work, and fixing bugs in BeBuddy. It doesn't cover customization (custom code, design changes or new features), configuring third-party plugins beyond how they work with BeBuddy, or hosting and server issues. We can quote customization separately as a custom project.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy.
Third-party plugins
BeBuddy integrates free, open-source plugins made by other developers. Those plugins are provided under their own licenses, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes made by their authors.
Acceptable use
Don't use BeBuddy to build sites that break the law or infringe others' rights. Don't resell or redistribute license keys.
Liability
BeBuddy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the past 12 months. Keep backups of your site.
Ending your license
If you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling license keys, we may deactivate your license and stop providing updates and support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
